- Olive oil
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 2c Kale, chopped
- 1/8 tsp lemon juice (optional)
- Step 1 Saute garlic in olive oil, 1-2 mins, until tender
- Step 2 Add kale in batches and steam until wilted.
- Step 3 Remove from heat, toss with lemon juice (optional based on usage)
- Step 4 Enjoy!
