Khing & I
- 1.5 oz spiced rum
- .5 oz lime juice
- .5 oz ginger simple syrup
- Step 1 Combine ingredients in mixer
- Step 2 Add ice and shake
- Step 3 Pour & garnish with lime wedge
- Step 4 Enjoy!
Ginger Simple Syrup
Combine equal parts water and sugar in saucepan.
Bring to boil.
Remove from heat, add fresh grated ginger.
Let cool & strain.
Keep refrigerated, for up to one month.
